  • For our Canadian customers, our shipping quotes are estimates only.  More often than not, they will be very accurate.  In the event that they need to be adjusted, you will be contacted with the correct shipping rate and your order adjusted accordingly.   All applicable customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer, who agrees to these terms by purchasing from Synergy Offroad.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Synergy Offroad reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Returns on items arriving damaged by carrier will be taken within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping on damaged items will be provided by Synergy Offroad. Returns are not accepted on custom made items. Returns on other items will be taken within 30 days of original purchase and be charged a 15% restocking fee, and subject to the discretion of Synergy Offroad. Shipping on restocked items is the responsibility of the customer.
